E-NACSOS – European Naval Collaborative Surveillance Operational Standard.
The E-NACSOS programme is a four-year collaborative project linked to European Defence Fund (EDF). This programme is executed by an industrial consortium coordinated by Naval Group. The project kicked-off in December 2024.

E-NACSOS is managed by OCCAR acting in the name of the European Commission and the following supporting Member States: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.

Objectives

The main objective of E-NACSOS programme is to enhance interoperability between national navies that operate with different combat systems and sensors: as such, E-NACSOS will define a common naval collaborative surveillance standard which will provide a shared tactical picture with improved situation awareness between allied forces.

The E-NACSOS program is composed of 24 partners from 12 different countries (Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden).
